Through the exploration of images and the creation of collage cards that represent aspects of yourself, you can begin to relate to your strengths, struggles, joys, and sorrow in new ways. Collage is a playful, freeing practice that wakes up the artist within and allows us to connect with all parts of ourselves compassionately.
