What to Expect
As the world becomes increasingly chaotic, we must find ways to reconnect with the creative wisdom and power within us. During this mini- retreat for women, we will focus on soothing, nourishing, and enlivening our souls through intentional, playful practices. We will spend our time together leaning into the stories we loved as children, making SoulCollage® cards, gently moving the body, and writing for the sake of the process (rather than the product). This will be an afternoon for connecting with yourself and finding community with kindred spirits at Sophia’s Center for the Healing Arts. You will leave this workshop with a metaphorical medicine bag filled with a variety of remedies to help you move through the chaos of the world with more imagination, intentionality, and courage.
Reconnect with your body and mind
