Gentle Flow Yoga

an easeful, soulful yoga class for all experience-levels

Led by Claire Coenen

What to Expect

In this slow-paced class, we will gently open the body, listen to its rhythms, find refuge in the breath, and move in ways that cultivate curiosity, compassion, and delight. Thomas Moore writes, “When we relate to our bodies as having soul, we attend to their beauty, their poetry and their expressiveness.” This is a space for relating to the body in that poetic way. Total newbies and longtime yogis are welcome.
